Owen Morrill spent three years in the Army Infantry. He went to basic training at Fort Benning, Georgia and was stationed at Fort Myer, Virginia from 2007 to 2010 when he separated with an honorable discharge.
He has jumped out of airplanes, ridden solo cross-country on a Ninja EX500 (ow), and is now the proud parent of twin boys. He has a black German Shepherd named Ellie and the best wife in the world.
We're based in Frederick, Colorado and enjoy being near both the plains and mountains and enjoy all of the hunting and fishing Colorado has to offer.
Our name, Iron Sights Web Design, comes from the trusty, reliable back-up iron sights (BUIS) you keep on your M4 even with all of the fancy ACOGs and Aimpoints. We're accurate and reliable--there to be the baseline that you can rely on with your website and online presence. It's a slight nod to our forebears who served this country before us.
Owen's dad and grandfather served in the U.S. Army. Shardon Morrill was wounded during the Battle of the Bulge. There weren't many optics back in those days, and it's a good reminder of how good we have things nowdays.
